  • Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.
  • Return Policy: We make sure that our product listings are as accurate and descriptive as possible so that the customers can make informed choices. Before dispatching the orders, we undertake multi-layer quality checks to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition.

But in case, you are unsatisfied with the order item(s), we would be happy to help you with returning the order.

  • Return eligibility: The item(s) requested for return should be unused, unwashed, unworn and must be returned with all its packaging and tags. No tags or labels should be removed.
  • Return terms and criteria: Please note the following points while requesting an return for your order.
    • We shall only entertain the return requests placed via our official website  https://theyellowbloom.com/.
    • Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address.
    • Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.
    • Kindly allow 10-15 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account. Please note: Refund / Bank Transfer are only applicable for Prepaid orders / Online payments made on our website.

If your return request meets the above-mentioned terms and criteria, here’s the step-by-step return process we undertake to ensure hassle-free support.

  • You can raise the return request with us via our website https://theyellowbloom.com/ within 72 hours of order delivery.
    • As soon as the order shipment status is changed to “delivered”, the “exchange button” would get active to help you place the return order.
  • A reverse pickup facility from your shipping address is available free of cost.
  • We will initiate a reverse pickup from your shipping address within 72 hours of receiving the request for return.
  • You can re- use the original packaging, including the cloth bag, for proper care and protection.
  • Items must be in their original condition. With their labels and tags intact.
  • They must be unused and unwashed, unsoiled without any stains or damages.
  • Items returned, once received at our facility, will get verified first to ensure its in original condition and unused. We will initiate the refund, only when the verification process has completed.
  • Typically, it takes 10-15 days to complete your exchange or return request.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • As of now, we do not have any cancellation options for our customers.
  • Orders once placed will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • Once you receive the order and for any reason, you want to return this order, then you can raise the return request via our website.

  • Orders once placed will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • Once you receive the order and for any reason, you want to exchange the delivered product with another product from our website, then you have to raise the return request via our website for the original order and then place a new order for the desired product.
  • For the return request raised for original order, all terms and conditions mentioned in the Return & Refund policy will be applicable and refunds would be processed accordingly.
