Focus Less on Theory. More on Findings. Let Your Brand Be the Strategy.
Everyone has advice.
Run ads. Drop prices. Do influencer gifting. Post daily. Be on every platform. The list is endless. But no one has a formula that guarantees growth. That’s the truth.
I’ve heard a lot of theories from agencies, strategists, creators—some insightful, some repetitive. Most come from a good place. But if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s this: the best direction comes from real findings, not fixed playbooks.
The advice given by experts may have worked for them or they may have heard this working for someone, but it's obvious what has worked for them, may not work for you. Same with agencies, the strategies suggested by them may have worked under certain conditions, there is no guarantee that it will work for your brand too.
I’ve had to stay patient—learning how to listen deeply to the numbers, the behavior, the bounce rates, the stories behind abandoned carts. These weren’t just metrics—they were signals. Over time, I saw patterns no one else could see, simply because they weren’t walking in my shoes.
It’s also true that every service provider has a strong pitch. And every trend is tempting to chase. But I’ve come to realize that alignment matters more than hype. A shiny campaign that doesn’t align with your core values or audience insight can actually cost more than it gives.
Yellow Bloom wasn’t built to go viral overnight. It was built to stay. For women who want breathable, premium cotton homewear that feels stylish enough to live in, and strong enough to step out in. Our cotton comes from the southern belts of India—soft, honest, and thoughtfully chosen. Just like the voice we’ve shaped.
So yes, I experiment. I run ads. I collaborate. But only when it aligns. Because marketing without meaning fades fast.
Marketing rooted in truth? That lasts.
To every founder finding their own rhythm: stay open, but grounded. Be curious, but clear. Focus less on theory. More on findings. Let your brand be the strategy.
If this resonates with you—even a little—I’d love to hear what helped you trust your own path.
